The Challenge
The Banking & Fintech Summit required a sophisticated event platform to attract C-level executives, showcase 150+ speakers, facilitate startup-investor connections, and manage complex ticketing tiers. The site needed to convey authority and innovation while handling multiple registration types, sponsor visibility, and dynamic agenda scheduling for this second-edition summit expecting 4000+ attendees.
The Solution
Built a custom WordPress platform with advanced REST API integrations for ticketing, dynamic speaker and agenda management using ACF, and responsive layouts optimized with CSS3 and JavaScript. Implemented interactive features including startup-investor matchmaking interfaces, sponsor showcases, and mobile-first navigation to ensure seamless experience across all devices and user types.
